Fernwood Amateur Dramatic Society is aware of how important data security is to everyone who is a member and everyone who comes to watch our shows, we only process necessary data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. 

We are obliged to hold certain information about our members such as their contact information and emergency contact information to ensure we can communicate effectively with them when they join us, and can meet our Health an Safety Obligations as a society. 

We will ask for contact details, personal details such as names and email address of those wanting to come and watch our shows for the purposes of ticket distribution and managing audience numbers. 

No information we gather is shared without permission, and no personal data is held for longer than is required for the intended purpose.
